Rugby

Rugby players present with the full array of twisting injuries, direct blows and head injuries as well as injuries to the ankle and foot, calf and shin, knee hip and thigh, back and neck, shoulder and thigh. It is important to make sure that recovering players have been rehabilitated properly before returning to sport.

Rugby injuries are relatively common and to an extent are part and parcel of playing rugby regardless of the level at which you play the sport. However, the key to a quick recovery is managing the injury well in order to optimise healing and rehabilitate fully to ensure a prompt and safe return to rugby.

Our team includes Physios experienced in these types of injury and with experience in rehabilitation of rugby players at a competitive level. Cate¬†Lee has specific skills and experience in elite¬†Women’s Rugby
