Rachel Proctor – Chartered Physiotherapist

Rachel Proctor

Rachel qualified as a graduate from the University of Surrey (Roehampton) with a BSc (hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and went on to complete a post graduate diploma at Teesside University to become a fully qualified chartered physiotherapist in 2008. She has a wide range of experience and skills in the diagnosis, management and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries in patients of all ages and from all levels of activity.

Rachel has worked in various settings in the private sector, including work based settings for the treatment and prevention of work related disorders. She has a keen interest in rugby and is a Physiotherapist with the Rugby Football Union (Women), working with the West Midlands Divisional Squads and National Elite Squads at all age groups. She is also one of the physiotherapists for the Scottish Rugby Union working with the Scottish Exiles under 20’s Midland’s development squad. In addition to this she is the team physiotherapist for two local rugby teams; Lichfield Ladies Rugby Team, a premiership team and the Veseyans Rugby Club in Streetly.

Rachel also works intermittently for the English Institute of Sport, providing an extensive physiotherapy service for a variety of multi-sport disciplines and sports injuries.
