Want to know how to keep exercising during and after pregnancy?

Are you pregnant or have you recently given birth and are wondering when and how it is safe to exercise? Fit Back and Bumps Pre- and Post-Natal courses are new to Sports Medicine Partners and aim to guide you through safe but effective exercise programmes during and after your pregnancy. Each course will consist of 4 sessions run weekly by our Specialist Physiotherapist Rebecca Homan who will be there with you every step of the way as she is also expecting and due in June!
